Do you work with agents outside Dalton Wade?

Yes. RoJo Homes TC Services is brokerage-neutral. Outside agents provide their brokerage information, approved transaction platform and file instructions before service begins.

Can you use Dalton Wade Dotloop for an outside-brokerage file?

No. Dalton Wade Dotloop is used only for authorized Dalton Wade transactions. Outside files are coordinated in the hiring agent’s brokerage-approved platform.

When is the coordination fee due?

The fee is due at closing through the brokerage-approved CDA or equivalent payment process. No fee is due when a transaction genuinely terminates before closing, subject to the signed Service Agreement.

Do you negotiate or advise clients?

No. The hiring Agent remains responsible for negotiations, contract interpretation, client advice, legal compliance and supervision. RoJo provides administrative transaction coordination.

How do I start a file?

Download and complete the intake form, then email it with the executed contract package. You’ll receive a file acknowledgment and any missing-item request.
